The futuristic 4G system is still uncertain, but industry observers said the new technology will allow users to watch movies with a sharp, high-quality picture on their handsets. The ministry did not provide details about the agreement. The next and fourth meeting will be held in Seoul next year, it added. South Korea is home of the world's fastest Internet networks with more than 36 million out of its 48 million population having mobile phones. (Asia Pulse/Yonhap) |
