The Role
As a trainee patent attorney working for this modern private practice at the forefront of the wireless sector, you would deal with a client portfolio made up of leading international companies.
As you are an IP newbie, you will learn - among other things - how and why to contest a patent, how the application of IP within 4G technology can be applied to generate revenue for a business, and what the international implications of patent law are.

Candidate Profile
There is a great deal of flexibility with this role and therefore we will consider candidates with a strong research background who are interested in joining the patent profession. The role does require you to have a background in 4G mobile technology, preferably acquired doing research in an in-house or academic context (i.e. R&D or PhD).
